Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautions

[UPDATED 30 January]

Latest news: We are still here for you when you need us most. Read more

Following recent Government announcements Davisons Solicitors would like to advise all clients that we will continue to operate as usual for the foreseeable future. Legal Services have been categorised as important services to be kept open as far as possible.

However, in order to protect the wellbeing of our employees and clients we have taken the decision to implement the current measures as outlined below.

  1. Our offices will remain open and staffed. However, we are asking clients to refrain from attending any of the offices unannounced and to follow government guidance. For clients that need to attend the office please note that you will need to confirm this with your lawyer prior to attending your appointment.
  2. Any of our employees who expressed a wish to do so will be working from home. From a client’s perspective this will have no impact on the progression of your case and the highest level of confidentiality will continue to be observed.
  3.  Employees working from home will have access to our systems and they continue to be contactable by telephone and email. Contact details are available on the initial client care correspondence or on the ‘our people’ page which can be found here

We continue to monitor the situation daily and will update our guidance as soon as there is a material change.

If we can be of any more assistance, please feel free to email our client relations team on feedback@qsdavisons.com

Thank you for your continued understanding,

Davisons Solicitors.
