Privacy Statement

In accordance with our professional duty to you we will keep any information (including personal information) you give to us confidential unless you expressly authorise us to disclose it.  

Response Times

We will try to respond to all calls and emails within 4 hours although this does depend upon the time of day and the availability of the person you want to contact.   Sometimes we can be out at court or attending another client although there will always be someone who can take a message.  If you contact us out of office hours (09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday) we may not be able to return to you until the following working day.

Terms of Business.

Our terms of business vary depending upon (amongst other things) the service you require and the way you propose to fund our work.  We will discuss funding with you and supply you with details of our terms and conditions of business when you instruct us.
