Terms and Conditions

1. QualitySolicitors (a trading name of the Quality Solicitors Organisation Ltd) is a group of independent law firms who are chosen by QualitySolicitors through a careful assessment process to become branded as ‘QualitySolicitors firms’ and to adopt a trading style of ‘QualitySolicitors’.

2. There are also firms who are otherwise chosen to be listed on the QualitySolicitors website on the basis of their quality but who have chosen not to adopt the QualitySolicitors branding.

3. QualitySolicitors actively searches, in particular, for firms who take exceptional care to focus on customer service.

4. Nevertheless, QualitySolicitors do not warrant in any way the services provided by or the quality of advice/representation provided by QualitySolicitors firms. QualitySolicitors shall have no legal responsibility for any action or inaction by any of its member solicitor firms.

5. There is no contract between QualitySolicitors and the users of the site nor is there any client relationship formed. QualitySolicitors themselves provide no legal advice.

6. QualitySolicitors will recommend branded QualitySolicitors firms and may recommend other law firms. This is a recommendation only and the choice of whether to instruct a particular law firm shall be the choice of the user.

7. QualitySolicitors receives membership fees from firms listed on this website. These fees contribute to the costs of marketing the QualitySolicitors service. QualitySolicitors will never sell individual cases to law firms.

8. Any user details provided to QualitySolicitors will be passed on to a member solicitor firm with a view to those solicitor firms contacting the user to discuss the user’s legal matter. The user consents for these details to be used in this way. QualitySolicitors may also contact the user from time to time with details of promotions or news or with opportunities from selected partners.

9. If your case falls under the remit of the 2006 Compensation Act, and you are unhappy about the service provided, you have the right to make a complaint. A copy of our complaints procedure may be obtained at request via email, phone or in writing.
