QualitySolicitors Clarke & Son is delighted to announce a special anniversary for one of its Partners. Senior Partner Peter Turner has been at the firm for 40 year as of October this year.

Joining the Firm in October 1971, Peter had been qualified for one year when he joined and at the time Clarke & Son had 3 offices in Basingstoke, Whitchurch and Andover. He has seen major changes in his time at the Firm including 3 recessions, culminating in the merging of the three offices in the early 1990s to the one office at Manor House, Winchester Road, Basingstoke.

Peter specialises in Company Commercial Work, which he has carried out for the last 25 years and also spent 15 years as a Deputy Coroner.

Peter says “It’s unbelievable how many changes have happened to the Firm during my career and we have seen some very hard times. I now think QualitySolicitors Clarke & Son is stronger than ever and this year in particular has seen some exciting developments, including our membership of QualitySolicitors and our recent foray into WHSmith with the launch of our Legal Access Point.”

The Firm itself has of course been going a lot longer and in 2012 another milestone will be celebrated as the Firm reaches its 150th year in business.
