Firm gains Conveyancing Quality Scheme Accreditation
QualitySolicitors Clarke & Son is delighted to announce that they have gained the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation. Members of this scheme are part of a trusted community which aims to deter fraud and year on year drive up standards in conveyancing practices.
The Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership establishes a level of credibility for member firms with stakeholders (regulators, lenders, insurers and clients) based upon:
• the integrity of the Senior Responsible Officer and other key conveyancing staff.
• the firm's adherence to good practice management standards.
• adherence to prudent and efficient conveyancing procedures through the scheme protocol.
Charles Marchant-White, Partner and Head of the Property Department at QualitySolcitors Clarke & Son is delighted with the accreditation.
“Everyone in the firm has worked hard to get recognised for this accreditation. It underlines all the customer service we already offer our clients such as explaining all the steps in buying or selling a home, informing them of all costs and responding promptly to their enquiries.”
