Commerical Partner, Mark Hughes, and Quality Manager, Sue Gibbons,  visited the WH Smiths branch in Lichfield today to see the new "Legal Access Point" (LAP to it's friends).  From 1st August you will be able to visit the stand (There will be one in Walsall too) to speak to an advisor who will help you deal with and legal problem or issue.
