Christine Austin

Christine has worked for law firms in various office assistant and secretarial roles near her home town in Herefordshire since leaving school. She became a Private Client fee earner in 2012 and in 2019 obtained the STEP Diploma and became a member of the The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She moved to Devon in 2022 and continued working as a probate practitioner, joining Dunn & Baker in August 2023 as a Private Client Executive.

Christine qualified as a Paralegal through the National Association of Licensed Paralegals in 2009. In 2011 she went on to complete a legal certificate via the Open University. Christine became a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”) in 2019 and qualified as a full member of STEP in August 2023.

With over 18 years of Private Client experience, Christine offers a wide range of legal services including Will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Trust Administration.
Christine is happy to offer home and hospital visits to clients where needed.

Christine helps her clients through what can be a very difficult time with her ‘down to earth’, friendly and empathic nature. She takes great pride in providing a personalised professional service to her clients.
