I am a Partner and head of the residential conveyancing department. I have 24 years experience in conveyancing.

My specialist role is domestic property. My responsibilities include management of the department and acting for clients in relation to the following areas:-

• Sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build purchases
• New development/plot sales

My role and that of my department is to ensure that every client is shielded from the risks, uncertainty, delays and generally unnecessary stress often associated with the sale and purchase of property.

We succeed because not only do we control straight forward matters but also complicated issues involving high cost defects in title which must be identified and rectified quickly. It is this attention to detail that has resulted in my client base remaining loyal over many years supported by growth through recommendations.

Outside work I enjoy being with my family and friends, cooking, reading and going to the gym.
