I was very worried about my position in Family Court and after that initial first conversation, I was reassured and felt confident moving forward. My first impression of speaking with Nathalie from the first conversation on April 4th 2020, (the day after my children had been taken away) was very good. I was extremely impressed with her concern for my position and how she reassured me that could respond within an extremely tight deadline to reply to the courts justification to take them.
