Catherine Lo has joined the new QualitySolicitors Jackson and Canter Commercial Team as from January 2012. She is a qualified solicitor specialising in Intellectual Property, Contracts, Insolvency and Business Disputes. She has also close links with the Chinese Business Community in Liverpool and has previously provided pro bono surgeries to the Liverpool Pagoda Centre, which assists the Chinese community of Liverpool with various legal issues.

Catherine studied at the University of Liverpool and trained at a Manchester Law Firm. She now joins a growing Commercial Department which is able to offer cost effective advice to the business community of Liverpool and its environs. Catherine has been involved in a number of reported cases on IP matters including Newzbin. She also undertakes a variety of contentious and non-contentious work, including assisting with transactions and IP Licence Agreements.
