Charlotte joined QualitySolicitors Jackson & Canter in 2011 as an accredited senior caseworker and in-house advocate. Charlotte has vast experience of working with exceptionally vulnerable clients, in particular victims of human trafficking and unaccompanied asylum seeking children. Her cases in the First-tier and Upper Tribunals have involved issues including honour-killing, automatic deportation, family reunion and claims raising issues of crimes against humanity.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Durham in 2006 with Upper Second Class honours. She completed a Masters degree in Anthropology at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London. After graduating Charlotte worked with various refugee organisations in West Yorkshire. She joined Refugee and Migrant Justice in 2009 as a trainee caseworker and gained accredited status in 2010.

Charlotte is a member of Chatham House (home of the Royal Institute of International Affairs.) She works with organisations alongside her employment at QualitySolicitors Jackson & Canter, including Amnesty International and the Norwegian Refugee Council, maintaining an interest in international development issues and their humanitarian impact on refugees.
