Teleri Jones / Solicitor
Teleri joined Jackson & Canter as a trainee solicitor in July 2007.
She obtained a BA in Theology and Religious Studies with First Class Honours and a Master of Theology at Bangor University before embarking on a career as a teacher of Philosophy and Religious Studies in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
In 2005 Teleri embarked on a change of career and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester, obtaining a distinction in both.
During her training contract Teleri completed seats in Wills and Probate, Immigration and Community Care at Jackson & Canter.
In May 2008 she began working in the Family Department at Jackson & Canter and qualified as a solicitor in the department in August 2009.
Teleri now undertakes a variety of work in the Family department including divorce and financial relief, cohabitation disputes, private law disputes in relation to children matters, non molestation orders, and representation of parents in public law care proceedings. She regularly appears at court as an advocate.
Teleri is originally from Colwyn Bay and is a fluent Welsh speaker. In her spare times she enjoyes travelling, socialising and reading.
