He has over 5 years experience in dealing with all aspects of conveyancing from simple re-mortgages to complex sales and purchases of both Freehold and Leasehold properties.

William is very experienced in dealing with the complexity of Shared Ownership and the Government's HomeBuy Direct Scheme and Kickstart Programme which helps first time buyers purchase New Build properties all over the country.

In his spare time, William is halfway through studying to become a Legal Executive with iLex.
