Probate and Administration of Estate
After a person has died we are able to provide a full administration service designed to meet your needs and always with a view to saving legal costs. Our service includes obtaining the grant of probate, safeguarding, value and collecting assets, inheritance tax, income tax and capital gains tax, discharging debts and liabilities, preparing estate accounts and distributing the legacies and residuary estate.
We are able to deal with estates where there is a Will and also estates where there is no Will (intestacy).
It is not possible to give a single price, but we will provide you with an estimate once we have some information about the nature of the estate and can assess the amount of work involved. The costs are paid as an expense of the estate.
