Accidents at Work
The legal duty of an employer is to take reasonable care for the health and safety of an employee.
An employer is required to provide competent co-workers, adequate materials, a safe system of work with proper training and supervision and if he fails to do so and an accident occurs causing injury to his employee(s) then the employer may be liable to compensate.
Have you been injured as a result of a co-workers negligent mistake; dangerous or faulty machinery, equipment or premises; or from unsafe working practices, lack of proper supervision or training; you may have been provided with inadequate safety equipment or protective clothing then you may be able to claim compensation.

Recent Case Example
Mr P from North Wales was working in an unsupported trench when the sides collapsed trapping him. We pursued a claim against his employers who admitted liability and settled our clients case for £29000.00 to include damages for our clients physical and psychological injury, and for being disadvantaged on the open labour market (i.e. he could not do work involving excavated trenches due to psychological fear) He was otherwise physically fit for all other types of work.
