  Craig Holt

  Founder and Chief Executive

  Craig studied law at Oxford University before becoming a barrister specialising in family law and went on to start QualitySolicitors with business partner, Saleem Arif, back in 2009.

  Craig has always been frustrated that the legal profession have been very poor at offering ‘customer service’. From the outset his goal with QualitySolicitors was to set apart in the public eye the few firms that had rebutted the traditional, stuffy image of lawyers and were providing excellent client care.

  The QualitySolicitors brand has grown dramatically of late, but it remains Craig’s goal that the brand be renowned for providing clients with the highest standards of legal expertise, combined with exceptional customer service. He is passionate that QualitySolicitors will continually innovate and strive to improve to ensure that our firms provide the very best service in the legal market.

  Claire Smith

  Partner Firms Director

  Claire studied law at Sheffield before qualifying as a Solicitor and specialising in Personal Injury litigation. In 2004 she moved from a high street practice and joined Pannone LLP in Manchester. In 2006 she moved into business development before becoming a Partner and heading up the legal network, Connect2Law.

  Claire has watched the growth of QualitySolicitors, since its beginnings, and admired its approach and objectives. She’s passionate about quality of service and committed to providing excellent client care.

  Claire believes that QualitySolicitors enables firms to set themselves apart, offering them an opportunity to be part of a brand which focuses on providing the very best in legal advice and client care. As Partner Firms Director, it is her role to work with our partner firms to enable them to achieve this.

  Katie Ancliffe

  Marketing Director

  Katie studied Modern Languages at Oxford University and, before joining QualitySolicitors, her background was in retail financial services. She has broad marketing experience spanning branding, acquisition, customer management, PR and search.

  She’s always been attracted to businesses which have a real cause and aspire to do things differently, and QualitySolicitors fits right into that mould. The marketing roles she has held include seven years at Egg, the online bank, as it took on established players in the savings and credit card markets, targeting early adopters willing to manage their finances online. She also worked at PruHealth, shaking up private healthcare by marketing Vitality, a unique wellness programme.

  Katie is excited about applying some of her experience to the legal market and supporting QualitySolicitors’ goals and aspirations. She’s passionate about instilling brand behaviours and values in everything we do. For her, the brand extends way beyond our marketing campaigns and encompasses everything from the way our people behave to the level of service we offer our customers.
