I studied law at Oxford University before becoming a barrister specialising in family law. It always frustrated me how poor the legal profession often was at ‘customer service’. All the attention was always on the legal stuff and not enough on the person. A few firms however flew in the face of the traditional, stuffy image of lawyers and offered amazing service. QualitySolicitors is about bringing those firms together under one brand that people can recognise and trust for their legal services. Every day in my job is exciting for me as I get to work with our firms all across the UK on something I am absolutely passionate about: continually improving to ensure QualitySolicitors provides the very best service in the entire legal market.

I read Economics at Jesus College, Cambridge and have an MBA from London Business School so my background is different to much of the rest of the team within QualitySolicitors. However, a non-legal background has been useful to see things from a fresh perspective. My previous working experience has included working as a broker at Merrill Lynch and a marketing consultant at McKinsey & Company. What I felt was missing in the legal market was a brand that people could trust to provide outstanding service. QualitySolicitors has addressed this by bringing together firms that look after their clients properly and continually challenging them to innovate and improve. We are focused on ensuring that every QualitySolicitors firm looks after you properly.
