The Health and Community Care Team at Moore & Tibbits are proud to be supporting dementia awareness week by talking at an event organised by the Warwickshire Reminiscence Action Project which is an information programme for those carers “looking after a loved one” with dementia. This event will take place at Briar Croft in Stratford-upon-Avon and our specialist team will be providing advice and information regarding the legal aspects of care to include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and issues surrounding paying for care.
We have also been invited as guest speaker at the Forget-Me-Not Dementia cafe at The Lawns, Whitnash in June. For more details of upcoming events, please click here.
