Ava Howell
Paralegal
Ava is a Paralegal in the Court of Protection team, specialising in health and welfare work.
Ava completed a BA in History and Politics at the University of Nottingham in 2023 and joined Moore & Tibbits in November 2023.
Ava's role is to primarily support Charlotte Bell, solicitor, providing assistance with health and welfare proceedings under Section 21A and Section 16 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005. Ava supports Charlotte with liaising with vulnerable individuals, families, representatives from local authorities, ICB’s and NHS Trusts when helping to progress matters in the best interests of our clients.
Outside of work Ava enjoys travelling, reading and going to the gym.
