Bethan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives; fully qualified in 2006 and has been practising since 2001. As part of Bethan’s role within the conveyancing team, she regularly undertakes:
- Residential leasehold, freehold sale and purchases
- New build properties including acting on behalf of the developer with regard to plot disposals
- Right to buy
- Help to buy
- Shared ownership
- Transfer of Equity
- Auction Sales and Purchases
- Declaration of Trusts
Bethan was the principal conveyancer at her former firm and prides herself on a hands on, personal approach whilst giving 100% dedication and commitment to clients. She understands that selling/buying houses is a big step and does her best to guide and assist clients through the process.
All of Bethan’s clients have been either via recommendation or returning existing clients. As a result, Bethan has built up a successful client portfolio.
