I have over 30 years experience in a wide range of commercial property work with particular emphasis on property acquisitions, disposals and lettings and property finance.

I have a diverse client base ranging from individual buy to let investors and developers, through to small and medium sized businesses and housing associations, and companies with multi-million pound turnovers.

My aim is to provide a quality service in the commercial property market, something which is more important than ever for Clients in today's uncertain economic climate. I look to provide this service at a cost which is fair and a proper reflection of the skill and expertise which I believe underpins the work which I carry out.

The challenge for me is to convert the entrepreneurial ambitions of my Clients into reality by progressing their transactions in an expert and efficient manner, keeping them advised of both the benefits of the deals and the potential pitfalls which arise, ultimately delivering the right result at the right time.
