As Office Manager, I work predominantly behind the scenes at Oliver & Co supporting all areas of the business to ensure that our Solicitors are free to offer you the best possible service in managing your case.

I do this by managing the support functions in the firm from answering your calls at reception to supporting the IT services you use on the internet. I am responsible for our web marketing, including updating the website with the news and exciting developments at the firm; there is usually something new to report each week.

We realise that our staff are our greatest asset, without them we wouldn't be where we are today. With this in mind I also oversee our hardworking admin team. This involves identifying training needs so our staff can fulfil their potential and employ the right people to ensure QualitySolicitors Oliver & Co have the right mix of skills and experience to manage your case in the most efficient manner.
