I have in excess of 30 years’ experience as a private client solicitor and in that time I have helped clients with a wide variety of property matters with particular emphasis on the writing of Wills, the creation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates.

These are areas of law that many people can be uncomfortable with because it involves making provision for death or a possible loss of mental capacity or alternatively dealing with the affairs of a loved one who has passed away. I therefore think that it is very important that the clients are dealt with in a sympathetic and understanding way and especially that matters are explained in a way that clients can understand rather than using legal jargon that can create confusion and anxiety and I pride myself on my ability to make clients feel at ease.
