What if I need further advice of a lawyer to actually run my case?

The advice and guidance you receive at your £99 Ask the Legal Expert or £49 Telephone Advice session may be enough for you to resolve your dispute yourself. However sometimes it will give you the information you need to decide if you want to instruct a law firm to take on the case for you.

The problem with disputes about less than £10,000 is that even if you win you will not be able to recover most of the legal costs of having a firm of solicitors act for you. That is why it is often worth trying mediation before using the small claims court.

However if yours is a case that does not settle using mediation, we’ll obviously be delighted to help you further your case. The fixed price service will be an excellent and cost-effective starting point for us taking matters further for you.
