About Me

I have for some 25 years specialised in two strands of litigation which are divorce and family matters, with particular emphasis on financial issues and disputes concerning children and co-habitation and also in insurance litigation representing local authorities.

I am a member of The Law Society and of Resolution (being a recognised body of specialised family lawyers who adhere to an agreed code of practice and also a member of FOIL [Forum of Insurance Lawyers]. Every one of our clients at QualitySolicitors Burn & Company is important to us and none more so than my own clients many of whom I appreciate are going through a particularly difficult period in their lives and the most appropriate and applicable guidance and advice are necessary.
