At QualitySolicitors Burn & Company, my speciality is to provide advice and guidance to those of our clients who have decided that a state of affairs has deteriorated to such an extent, perhaps between business colleagues; contractors or suppliers; neighbours or former colleagues that a process of litigation, in other words, arguing matters in a Court of Law, has to be considered.

I do take particular care to make sure that my clients have a full understanding of both the implications and indeed the eventual possibilities of success or otherwise in pursing such a course of action and of course give an indication of the likely costs to be incurred.

I ensure that my clients are kept up to date and informed of progress in their matter throughout and obviously seek to give all guidance, advice and support that I can in relation to the necessary decisions that have to be made from time to time.
