These are the kind of comments I frequently get from clients – and I love them! I have been in practice as a solicitor for nearly 40 years but I still get a buzz out of helping clients and getting their praise, so I work hard for it. For me, it is all about looking after people. I know how I feel when I am looked after by my dentist, my doctor, my financial adviser or even my tennis coach. I also know how I feel when that is not the case. So, above all, I want my clients to know that I am on their side, doing my best for them. Their praise is what keeps me motivated, not the money. I want happy clients! The rest will follow.
