About Me
I am a civil litigation solicitor and my work relates to any legal dispute on civil matters.
I carry out a wide variety of cases, including disputes related to: building works; commercial contracts; professional negligence; contested probate and estate disputes as well as personal injury.
Not all cases end up going to Court and I consider from the outset what you want to achieve and how best to fund your case to realise a practical and cost-effective outcome.
I will consider the range of options available and guide you through the litigation process as quickly and efficiently as possible. Each case is different and it may be that the best way to achieve a solution is through negotiation, mediation or through the Courts.
I work closely with the other members of the department, having completed my two-year training contract with Howlett Clarke in September 2009. Previously, I studied Law with Australian Law at Nottingham University, graduating in 2005.
