I specialise in advising small and medium sized businesses in dealing with the sale or purchase of a business. I am particularly keen to help businesses get ready for a sale well in advance as I find this helps reduce the workload for the owner at the time of sale and to get involved in the due diligence process for buyers, again at the earliest useful opportunity.

However, I do not just advise on deals, I also act as a Business Adviser to businesses on a day to day basis (e.g. updating documentation) and like to feel part of the Business Advice Team. I also get a lot of pleasure out of being involved with a number of local charities as their appointed Solicitor.
