I specialise in all aspects of Employment Law and have considerable experience in dealing with the wide range of employment issues that can arise in this rapidly changing field.

I act for both employers and employees dealing with all issues from recruitment, personnel advice and guidance, advising on contracts and procedures right through conducting claims in the Employment Tribunal and Civil Courts.

I believe the key to reducing the cost and inevitable stress in any dispute is maintaining communication and providing realistic, commercially sensible advice from the outset

As an accredited mediator I can also conduct or represent clients in commercial or workplace mediations to assist in seeking an early resolution of disputes. I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the Hull and Humber Mediation Group and the Association of Northern Mediators
