About Me

I work in the civil litigation department and specialize in disputes between landlords and their tenants both in the residential and the commercial sectors. The disputes may concern the re-possession of properties, rent or service charges arrears or claims for disrepair. I am predominantly instructed by landlords and management companies and along with my team am committed to recovering monies quickly and, where necessary, possession of properties in the most cost effective way.

My other areas of work include the collection of debts, boundary disputes and breaches of contract. I have a background in industry and so have an understanding of the realities of day to day business life.
