About Me
I am part of the team which helps to recover compensation for those affected by what are often called ‘industrial diseases’, for example dermatitis, respiratory disease and particularly noise induced hearing loss, which is my specialist area.
My role within the industrial disease team is to obtain the information necessary to build your claim and then present this information to your opponents together with our allegations of negligence. It is often difficult for many people to remember working conditions and symptoms of their injury when they are asked to go back so many years (as is often the way with disease claims), and so I pride myself on my unhurried and delicate questioning skills.
I am a member of the Law Society. I have a LLB Law Degree from the University of Hull and have completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York in 2007.
