About Me

I joined Lockings in February 2004 as an assistant in the commercial property department, having worked for 4 years for a national firm of commercial property agents in the south-west. This gave me good background knowledge and I believe gave me the insight I needed to move into the legal field of commercial property.

I have a practical and technical knowledge of the process involved in acquiring and disposing of commercial property when acting for property developers/investors, and small to medium business enterprises, together with landlord/tenant transactions.

I provide support and assistance to the head of our commercial property department and another commercial property solicitor, assisting them with the preparation of all documentation and secretarial support.

I ensure that our clients are kept fully informed of the progress of their transaction with honest and realistic advice, and to help with all their individual enquiries.
