I am a Solicitor in our Commercial team based at our Commercial office in Kettering.

I specialise in company and commercial law, advising clients on a range of matters including the buying and selling of businesses, joint venture projects, share re-organisations, good corporate governance and the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts.

I pride myself on identifying and focussing upon my client's commercial objectives from the outset and providing practical and business-orientated advice with a view to achieving those objectives in the most efficient and appropriate manner.
