I have over 20 years’ experience in advising on conveyancing transactions and am also happy to deal with development properties (newbuild), shared ownerships, leasehold property, and key worker properties.

I understand the pressures placed on parties during the conveyancing process and will work hard to ensure matters progress as smoothly as possible. I aim to provide full advice and information together with progress updates to both clients and agents involved throughout the transaction.
