I am a Partner in, and Head of our Commercial Litigation team, based at our Commercial office in Kettering.

I advise on commercial disputes at all levels. I represent commercial clients in all manner of disputes, such as breach of contract, debt recovery, partnership, shareholder or company disputes.

I can advise on the most appropriate route to resolving disputes – whether by informal negotiation, mediation, arbitration or the court process.

My team prides itself on being at the forefront of ‘no win no fee’ work for commercial litigation, and if this is not available to you I can also advise on the most cost efficient means of dealing with the dispute.
