I am a Partner and Head of our Clinical Negligence team and I am based at our Kettering office.

I have been acting for clients who have claims against the medical profession for over 19 years. I have many years’ experience of helping clients where there has been a failure to diagnose injury or to treat appropriately. I act for adult clients and also for parents needing to bring claims on behalf of their children, particularly where there has been a birth injury. I also represent families at Coroners’ Inquests.

I know that making a claim against a doctor can be a worrying experience but my experience means that I can explain the process and give practical advice about the best way in which to bring a claim.

I am a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel and AVMA Clinical Negligence Panel.
