I am a Partner in our Commercial team and based at our Commercial office in Kettering. I am a member of the firm's Board of Management as Head of Non-Contentious Business, giving me responsiblity for the management of our Commercial, Private Client and Residential Conveyancing Teams. 

I deal with a broad range of commercial matters. 

I advise on commercial property and corporate matters, such as share re-organisations and buying and selling businesses, and employment law issues such as the drafting of employment contracts and internal policies and procedures.  I work closely with colleagues on the contentious side of the Employment team if a tribunal claim is issued.
