I am a Partner based at our Leicester office and I specialise in Wills, Trusts, the Administration of the Estates of the deceased and those lacking mental capacity.

I have specialised in advising clients about Wills, Tax Planning and the Administration of Estates and Trusts for over 20 years. I try to ensure my clients feel at ease and have the confidence of knowing their wishes will be followed and actions taken in their best interests. I have a wealth of experience in setting up trusts and administering estates to ensure that assets are protected.

I have experience of drafting Shariah compliant Wills for Muslim clients. My special interest in the law relating to the management of financial affairs of the elderly client and mentally handicapped has enabled me to give a holistic approach to their needs.

I am a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. I am a Trustee of Age UK Leicestershire and Rutland.
