I am a Partner and Head of our Family Law team.  I am based at our Northampton office.  I have a strong reputation for family law advice in the Corby and Kettering areas but see clients across Northamptonshire and in Leicester.

I have many years’ experience in advising people on all aspects of relationship breakdown, and particularly on complex financial and property disputes in divorce proceedings and following unmarried couples separating.  In addition I also represent parents and other family members in Children Act proceedings.

I know how hard it can be to agree the financial and children arrangements when a relationship ends and I work hard to provide sensible and objective advice, which allows you to consider all of the options that are available to you. I can also offer expert advice on helping you to protect your position as much as possible if you are planning to get married, register a civil partnership or simply live with your partner.

I am an advisory member of Resolution. So, whilst I will aim to deal with your case robustly, I will do it in a manner that is constructive and non-confrontational.
