I am the Senior Partner at Quality Solicitors Wilson Browne and I am based at our office in Northampton.

I am a Partner in our Commercial team and have a special interest in the acquisition, development and disposal of land for Housing Associations. I regularly advise on complex multi-million pound schemes for the development of large numbers of properties and the subsequent sale or leasing of those homes.

I also deal with other aspects of commercial property work, advising business clients on the acquisition and disposal of premises and small businesses.

In addition to my commercial work I still enjoy acting for a small number of residential conveyancing clients.
