About Me:

I practised in Blackburn and Preston between 2003 and 2017, when I joined Acklam Bond.  My expertise specifically lies in analysing financial documents (in circumstances where it is appropriate and proportionate), exploring how large sums of money have been spent in an effort to determine whether these sums should be included or excluded from the overall assets to be distributed following separation.  The exercise can serve to avoid substantial costs of a contested financial hearing, narrowing disputed issues at an earlier stage.
