Things have changed quite a bit at Amphlett Lissimore. We have more of our lawyers working from home, can now help our clients via video conferencing, and have introduced new systems to reduce the number of people having to attend face to face meetings. For example, we now use a system called Thirdfort to securely complete our identification checks online, and we can also process documents with electronic signatures now.
We can help you with any legal work in this way. We can hold our meetings using zoom or over the telephone. We can send documents to you on email – Our high level of client care continues whether or not we actually see you in person.
There are times where, understandably, you would like to meet your lawyer face to face, and so we are pleased to say that we are resuming these meetings, and will be adhering to the government’s coronavirus safeguarding guidelines. These appointments must be booked in advance with your lawyer and we will ensure that a safe distance is kept throughout the meeting. We have enhanced cleaning regimes of the reception area and meeting rooms and hand sanitiser available when you enter our offices.
With all of this in place, you can be safe in the knowledge that we can continue to look after all of your legal needs as the UK comes out of lockdown and beyond.
