National lockdown and our services to you

A message from Toni Wensley, Partner at Amphlett Lissimore on how our services will continue throughout this third Lockdown.

As during the first lockdown last March, we are not meeting clients at our offices. We are continuing to provide all of our legal services through email, phone calls and video conferencing.

We are encouraging more of our staff to work from home, and to visit the office less often while the emergency lasts. If infection rates continue to rise, some of them may still fall ill, and their work may have to be transferred to others at short notice. Please bear with us if this happens to the lawyer handling your work. We shall transfer your case to a colleague, at least temporarily, but we may not always be able to warn you before this takes place.

Please continue to communicate with us by phone or email if you can, as letters sent to the office will not immediately reach a lawyer who is working at home. If you post documents through our office letterbox, please write your lawyer's name clearly on the envelope to minimise delay, and check first that someone will be here to deal with them.

Please phone us on 020 8771 5254 or email us at contact@allaw.co.uk if:

  • you have difficulty contacting your lawyer, or
  • you are not sure whom you need to speak to, or
  • we can help in any other way
