I am a Partner at Amphlett Lissimore and Head of the Private Client department. I specialise in Wills, Trusts, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship and Lifetime Estate Planning.

I enjoy helping and advising people on their Wills and Probate matters, and have a keen interest in the law of Trusts. My academic training has always been focused on the area of Private client which is the law relating to an individual. I am a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), which means that I have received additional training in inheritance and succession planning.

I offer a holistic and personalised approach as my client base is extremely varied from high net worth individuals to elderly clients at the early stages of their Dementia diagnosis. I assist families by providing advice on succession and estate planning, providing advice on how to pass assets to the next generation.

I am based in our Crystal Palace office, but regularly travel to our offices in Camberwell and Mitcham to meet with clients. Home and hospital visits are also available upon request.

I recently attended at a local hospital to take instructions for a Will at the client’s bedside. Although my client had deteriorated rapidly she still had capacity and wanted me to put her mind at rest by writing down her wishes. I did so, at her bedside and the Will was executed. She died two days later, safe in the knowledge that her requests would be carried out correctly.

I’m passionate about Law and I am an active member of its community. In 2022, I became the Law Society's council member for South London. As part of the council, I hope to help shape and agree the strategic direction of the Law Society’s work. In 2019, I became a Dementia Friend alongside some of my colleagues in order to learn more about how best I could support my clients living with Dementia.
