I am a solicitor within the Commercial property team, specialising in non-contentious commercial and residential property, with some company and commercial law. I deal with acquisitions and disposals of a range of commercial properties (including shops, offices, industrial units, public houses, post offices, children's day nurseries and nursing homes), grants of commercial leases, refinancing and land development and option agreements. I also deal with asset sales and shareholders' agreements.

I act on most residential transactions, sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages, both freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered.

After training in the West End of London, I qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and since then have spent the majority of my career in South London firms. I joined Amphlett Lissimore in 2013, and for ten years before that I worked at Denniss Matthews in Anerley. My experience and local knowledge has meant that I now have a loyal client base, ranging from small scale developers and commercial landlords to high net worth individuals.

I have lived in the Raynes Park area for over 27 years, where I have some clients amongst local friends and neighbours.  Although I am based at the Crystal Palace office I would be able to see clients at the Raynes Park office by prior appointment, if convenient.
