Solicitor Advocate | 020 8768 6400

I am a Solicitor and Advocate, specialising in all aspects of Criminal Defence with particular expertise in motoring offences. I travel between our Bromley and Camberwell offices and have over 20 years’ experience as a Criminal lawyer and nearly 15 years PQE as a Higher Court Advocate. I have dealt with a wide range of offences including murder, serious drugs offences and high value frauds.

I am a dynamic and problem-solving defence lawyer who is always striving to achieve positive results for my clients. My clients are my primary focus and I use my extensive knowledge of the law along with my previous experience to get them to the best possible outcome. I have acted as both litigator and advocate over the years and have a track record of achievements in cases at the Old Bailey and Court of Appeal. I also deal sympathetically with a range of clients in the magistrates court and youth court.  My attention to detail and sharp legal brain have won many plaudits and even more cases.

Whether you are facing a driving ban, or are accused of a crime, I am here to cut through the legal jargon and advise you. No case is too big or too small so if you are in need of help give me a call.

Notable cases

R v A (2019) - Lead advocate on an attempted murder trial involving a serious knife attack at the Old Bailey

R v W (2019) - Representing a man charged with possessing an imitation firearm in public at Croydon Crown Court. Sentenced to a Community order

R v H (2019) - Representation of a driver charged with no insurance who was driving in accordance with his employment and following a mistake by his employer meant he was not covered on the firms insurance.  Following our representations to the CPS case was dropped.

R V G (2019) - Successful acquittal of young man charged with attempting to inflict GBH following a gang knife attack in the street.

R v O (2018) - I was advocate together with a QC who defended a man charged with murder following the stabbing of a rival drug dealer in a county lines drugs supply case

R v G (2018) - Representing a restaurant proprietor who was a newly qualified driver and therefore liable to have his licence revoked if he obtained six penalty points within the first two years of qualification.  We successfully argued the imposition of the minimum penalty points and thus saved his licence and potentially his business.

R v C (2017) - Advocate on a three month trial at the Old Bailey in a case which involved the large scale production of drugs. At the time these were the largest cannabis factories ever seen in the UK.
