As a Chartered Legal Executive I deal with residential conveyancing transactions.
I undertook a placement year as part of my Law Degree at Bournemouth University where I worked as an Advisor for the Citizen's Advice Bureau. My role involved advising on several different areas and also working at the Specialist Domestic Violence Court. When I finished my Degree in 2012, I initially worked in both Family and Property matters in a small firm in Kent. I soon found an interest in Property and moved to Martin Tolhurst Solicitors to deal with Conveyancing only. I continued my studies through Ilex (The Institute of Legal executives) and became qualified in both the Practice of Family Law and Conveyancing. I finished my studies in September 2015 to become a Graduate member and I am now a Chartered Legal Executive.
I like to stay active and have taken part in many fundraising events for charity, including a 5km swimathon, a few 10km runs and a sky dive. I have a busy social life and enjoy being out and about around London trying new things.
I just wanted to write and put on record how fantastic Claire has been in dealing with the purchase of my house in Newlyn. I have bought and sold over 12 properties in the last 20 years and can safely say that Claire has been the most responsive, proactive and supportive solicitor I have dealt with.
All sorted now (with what seems to be a typical level of minor faff towards the end of the process!) Claire really gave me the confidence that I was in good, professional, hands.
With kind regards
Claire at QualitySolicitors Amphlett Lissimore helped us through the scary process of buying our first home. She dealt with everything quickly and efficiently and was there to answer any questions we had about the process. I can't recommend QS Amphlett Lissimore enough.
Dear Claire Linda and I wish to thank both you and Bob for your friendly approach in conducting our instructions to a satisfactory conclusion. If the need should ever arise QualitySolicitors Amphlett Lissimore would be our first recommendation. Many thanks once again.
