I am a solicitor and family mediator at Amphlett Lissimore. I work in the family law department and have worked in this area of law since I qualified in 1984. I specialise in resolving the financial matters when a relationship ends, and have dealt with cases involving multi million pound financial divorce settlements.

I am a member of Resolution, an organization of family lawyers dedicated to resolving family related issues in as constructive a way as possible. I am committed to help in the least confrontational way and also focus on the impact of the relationship breakdown on their children. I have experience of complex financial cases where family members have intervened in the financial proceedings of a divorcing couple stating that they have a financial interest in a property.

I have a keen interest in pre and post-nuptial agreements so that couples can agree and formalise financial arrangements at the outset in the unfortunate event that they may part further into their relationship. I also regularly draft cohabitation agreements and separation agreements.

I am also a trained mediator and as such help couples achieve their own agreement on financial matters. I am passionate about mediation and seeing people through the most difficult of times. To see these clients build bridges and communicate better in their own and their children’s interest is a very rewarding part of my job.

Whilst I'm primarily based at the Crystal Palace office, I'm more than happy to meet clients at our other offices should their locations be more convenient to them.
