I am a Solicitor at Amphlett Lissimore, specialising in Property Law. I work in the Residential Conveyancing department and head up the New Build Property Team.

New Build Conveyancing is my specialism. I have vast experience acting for buyers at small – large scale developments (leasehold/ freehold), handling contract re-assignments and acting for developers on their plot sales. I advise on all aspects of the transaction from site set up to completion.

I am well versed in handling purchases via the Help to Buy Scheme as well as high value transactions (over £1m).

My interest in Property Law came whilst training in another London law firm where I assisted in building the New Build department. I loved the fast-paced nature of the work and have been dealing with new build property transactions since 2013.

I joined Amphlett Lissimore in January 2019 as a Solicitor and became the Crystal Palace Residential Conveyancing Team Manager (for Laura Maggs) in August 2019. I also built up the 'new build' work and team during this time, and am now Head of the New Build department.

I offer a friendly service and pride myself on my ability to make what can be an exciting/ daunting process streamlined and understandable.

We have used Amphlett Lissimore for conveyancing the purchase of our property Acorn recommended. Although we purchased a new home the quotation we have been given was for a second-hand property. The quotation increased for a new property acquired via Help to Buy. Prices on the quotation did not include VAT. Being a private purchase the prices + VAT should have been shown in the quotation.
It turned out to be a difficult purchase with loads of emails exchanged.
